TROUBLESHOOTING:
You have a brand new Lightro and the lights are not turning on?
Here is by far the most common issue, and luckily, it's a really simple fix!
You pulled the "Pull to Play" tab and the ball is still not lighting up.
Usually, the "Pull to Play" tab has broken inside of the football, right where it goes into the battery compartment.
So you'll need to push out the LED module and pick out the little plastic tab still blocking the batteries.
Once the tab is removed the lights should come on from any small impact. Just put the LED module back in the football and enjoy!
